In this phase, we may ask a lot of questions. We will start with an immersive research. We help each other define and discuss your needs and the goals that you wish to achieve, including the workflows, sitemaps, and your design preferences. You, as a client, are very welcome to be part of our team here. We listen to you and we rely on your knowledge of the industry, business model, brand and concept as much as we rely on our abilities and direction. We will then document your preferences and finalize the requirements so we can proceed to the next step of the process: fleshing out your ideas.

This is how we begin bringing your product into life.

This is the part we begin outlining, sketching or wire framing concepts. Take note, we start simple and straightforward. We design your product according to its very purpose. As much as possible, we avoid recommending features that will just complicate things (especially on end-user's point of view) and actually slow the product from getting real.

Now, once you approve the wire frames, we will begin creating design studies. You will choose from these design studies which you think is the best. And from there we will convert the wire frames into high fidelity prototypes. Through these prototypes, you can have a feel of how the design works and see how we make sure that each detail gets the proper attention, particularly in the aspects of navigation and usability. There's no actual coding involved in this part yet so we can easily revise the design and workflow without going through lines of code which typically takes weeks to do.

After you have approved the design, we will move to the actual coding of the product. We do this part faster than other similar services because:

• The two previous steps have already clearly defined what needs to be done and how to do it, eliminating time wasted on trial and errors,
• There's a clear definition of the roles of developers and designers, so that the process of coding and designing flows smoothly, and,
• We maintain a disciplined project management process. We use Agile Methodologies that cut the project into manageable chunks to speed up the development of the project requirements.
• We use proven web technologies, we use the right tools for the job (let's say "open source"). Because most solutions are readily available, we can significantly cut down development time, which ultimately saves you money.
• We put a premium on clear and precise communication so that everything is done in a transparent manner. Our dev team together with project managers are used to submit latest pre alpha tested builds and substantial iterations. This way, you'll know where the project stands at any time.

With the completed code and design, the product you envisioned is almost ready to be launched. We normally do a series of tests for every module or component during the previous phase but the quality assurance process definitely does not end there. Thus, this phase first introduces our dedicated QA staff who will thoroughly test the product overall - from staging to live servers.

In the case of websites, we will also check if it can handle the traffic that it will receive once it goes live. Once we have determined that everything works the way they should, we will now deploy the website to US-based servers, and then perform a series of tests again.

You'll be glad to know that we strive for quality and excellence in our work. So in case of bugs and errors, we do not sugarcoat them and just say we're done. We correct them. We are committed to finishing well-built and robust apps and keeping you, our clients, happy.

So now that we are really close to pushing live our release candidate, what's left for us to do is to teach you or your staff how to use and update the app or its contents.
